*1 If the address on the vehicle inspection certificate differs from the seal registration certificate, the following documents are required.

・If moved once from the address on the vehicle inspection certificate: Residence Certificate
・If moved twice or more: Residence Certificate + Family Register Appendix or Removed Residence Certificate
・If the name differs between vehicle inspection certificate and seal certificate: Family Register

• Compulsory Automobile Liability Insurance CertificateOriginal
